Our History

A Legacy of Growth and Trust.

Akrofuom Teachers Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. (ATCCU) was proudly founded on 12th January 1986. Initially established to provide financial services exclusively to our members residing in the Akrofuom Township and its immediate environs, we have since experienced remarkable growth.

Today, our credit union has opened its doors beyond our founding borders. We now welcome all individuals, both within the country and abroad, to partake in our secure, growth-oriented financial ecosystem.

We officially affiliated with the Credit Union Association of Ghana (CUA) on 9th May, 2016, further solidifying our commitment to standard banking practices and member security.
